The welding program has helped me a lot. I am learning how to weld and everything else that goes with it. When I first walked in the class I know NOTHING about welding – now I actually do. It is a good program for high school kids who are wanting a career in welding. I am getting a jumpstart on my future. I had the opportunity to move out of the area and attend a new school, but I chose not to because of the welding program. I am very glad I stayed and am getting the opportunity to learn how to weld. I know this skill will help me in my future plans.
